Practice one session weekly, live or recorded on Zoom:
Thursdays - June 4, 11, 18, 25
Mindfulness Meditation
Thursday 1:00-1:45 pm EST
OR
Restorative Yoga
Thursday 8:00-9:15 pm EST

Four Weekly Group Sessions
Connect within four live weekly group sessions facilitated by Jenni Jenkins and Baylie Randall on Zoom:
Tuesdays - June 2, 9, 16, 23
12:00-1:00 pm EST
Investment:
Four Live Group Sessions +
Four Live Meditation or Restorative Yoga Practices. Total $240
Note: In addition to these group sessions and practices, two private individual counselling sessions are encouraged.
Fees for the group sessions and individual counselling sessions may be covered by your health benefit plan. Registered Social Workers are authorized medical practitioners for the purposes of the medical expense tax credit.
Payment Plans can be arranged.

Sessions are suitable for adults 18 years and over.
