Master of Counselling Psychology
Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying (Q)
Has it become harder to get excited about things you used to enjoy?
Do you sometimes wonder, “Is this really where I’m supposed to be?” or feel uncertain about the road ahead?
If any of this sounds familiar, I want you to know you’re not alone. Life has a way of throwing us curveballs, and it’s completely okay to feel uncertain or stuck at times.
The good news? You don’t have to go through it alone. It takes strength to reach out for support, and I’m here to offer you a space where you can share your thoughts, feel heard, tell your story without judgment, and work together toward clarity and growth.
With a bachelor’s in Psychology, a Post-Graduate Specialization in Counselling and Autism & Behavioral Science, and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology currently in progress at Yorkville University, I’ve gained a deep understanding of human behavior. My learning journey is ongoing, and I’m passionate about continually expanding my knowledge to better support you.
With 7 years of experience in Canada, working with children, young adults, and families from diverse backgrounds, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges. My background in behavior support, developmental counseling, and educational roles has given me practical experience in addressing emotional and behavioral concerns. As someone from a South Asian background, I bring a unique perspective to therapy, deeply appreciating the role that cultural identity plays in mental health. This perspective allows me to create culturally sensitive, welcoming spaces where you feel truly seen and understood.
