Walk & Talk sessions combine the benefits of fresh air, gentle movement, and relational support. If sitting face-to-face feels intense or activating, walking side-by-side can offer a more grounded, spacious way to connect.
Being outdoors helps regulate our nervous systems — the sounds of birds, the rhythm of our steps, the feel of sunlight or wind — all of these cues can gently support a sense of safety and presence. The natural left-right rhythm of walking (known as bilateral movement) also engages both sides of the brain, helping many people feel more emotionally regulated and able to reflect on their experiences.
We’ll meet at one of two beautiful and accessible trails in Sarnia and walk at your pace for about 50 minutes. Afterward, I’ll return to the office to complete your session notes.

You’re welcome to bring a child in a stroller. These sessions can gently include little ones without needing them to be still or quiet.
