Rebecca Hopwood

Hello. I am a mature student completing my Master of Social Work degree through Laurier's part-time online program. I hold a bachelor's degree from King's University and have experience providing counselling to women escaping intimate partner violence. Additionally, I have experience in my private practice offering grief and bereavement counselling to both adults and children who have lost a loved one. I am also a proud mother of three adult children and a grandmother to 8 grandchildren.

I am honoured to be completing my practicum with Inner Calm and look forward to expanding my knowledge and experience. I strive to create a client-centred, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you can speak openly and honestly about your experiences. Together, we can develop a plan that promotes growth and healing through some of life's toughest challenges.
